69000 भर्ती कटऑफ केस में 23 जनवरी की सुनवाई पर महाधिवक्ता(AG) के कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु निम्नवत थे :- पढें

1 :- As per the rule their is the provision that government can time to time fix a minimum qualifying marks in ATRE exam :- AG sir

2 :- पेज नम्बर 298 स्टेट की स्पेशल अपील में 2x क्वालीफाइंग मार्क्स डिफाइन किया हुआ है ।rules itself make it clear that is should be decided by government. :- #AG Sir

3 :-Purpose of holding this examination is to get better teacher,not to debar any one, page 310 is how marks will be divided...

4 :- My submission is that it is same for all the aspirant,no discrimination....This reason is false because everyone try to achieve maximum marks with their whole capabilities :- AGSir 👍

5:- NCTE ने शामिल किया बीएड को तो हमने भी शामिल किया और शिक्षक पात्रता सम्बन्धी क्राइटेरिया तय करने की सर्वोच्च संस्था है #NCTE । NCTE सम्बन्धी दस्तावेज न्यायालय को सौंपे गए ।।
