*सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पूछा- क्या UP पंचायत चुनाव की मतगणना को दो हफ्ते तक रोका नहीं जा सकता?*

जस्टिस खानविलकर -कुल 2.40 सीटों पर मतगणना के लिए 800 सेंटर आपने बनाये है।यानि हर सेन्टर पर लगभग 300 सीट का लोड होगा।फिर एक सीट पर 10 उम्मीदवार तो होंगे..

UP -सारी सीटों पर मतगणना एक साथ नहीं होगी,8 टेबल एक वक्त में लगाए जाएंगे।उम्मीदवार को पता होगा कि कब उनकी सीटो पर मतगणना होगी

यूपी सरकार की ओर से ASG ऐश्वर्या भाटी का जवाब- बहुत सोच समझकर मतगणना कराने का फैसला लिया गया है,कोविड गाइडलाइंस के अमल के साथ मतगणना को संपन्न कराया जाएगा। मतगणना रविवार को होनी है उस दिन यूपी में कर्फ्यू है, लिहाजा हमें पूरी उम्मीद है कि हम हालात नहीं बिगड़ेंगे

👉 ASG: There is a Class 1 gazetted officer. We will pass an order saying that they will be fully responsible for COVID guidelines. CCTV cameras are also present.

👉Bench: That will be preserved.

👉ASG: Yes, it will be preserved till the end.

👉 Bench: It is stated across the bar that strict curfew will be imposed in areas that will be identified by the concerned authorities in and around counting centres to ensure that only authorised representatives will be able to visit counting centres.

👉Bench: We also place on record undertaking given by the Counsel that CCTV recording will be done centre-wise and the footage will be preserved and given in the petition pending before HC.

👉Bench: SEC has agreed to notify the names of persons who will be in charge of concerned counting centre. Candidates contesting elections and those interested giving suggestions for improvising the facilities in and around the counting centres can be made.

👉Bench: Any other condition ?

Alam: When your Lordships say that candidates or agents, every person should have RTPCR tests. Even the government employees.
